It’s not my movement. It’s our movement.

I had no idea how hard it would be to raise tiny humans and still show up in the world as an ambitious professional pursuing my passions and interests. I have come to find that the key for me has been to embrace the messy. Not just the literal pile of always clean and never folded laundry that lives on my couch and the piles of brilliant art created by my kids that populates most flat surfaces in my home but also the messiness of determining how do be a strong-willed and determined human who is also raising equally strong willed and determined not so tiny humans. It’s hard. But it’s also beautiful, unexpected and magical.

I love sharing my story and connecting with other movement makers who seek to redefine motherhood today.

That’s why in 2020 I founded Mother’s Monday, a movement to redefine motherhood and work. It is celebrated the Monday after Mother’s Day each year. Learn more at mothersmonday.com.

Organizations Leading the Way

I’m proud to have served on a number of board for amazing organizations supporting the work. These include The Chamber of Mothers, The Vote Mama Foundation, Path Forward and &Mother - these organizations and many more are changing the game reframing and redefining motherhood and work.
